The sterilizer is based on the principle that the microbiological action of saturated steam at elevated temperatures is rapid and thorough. All models work on the principle of downward displacement of air, which is the most economical method of obtaining sterilization.
Construction: Triple-walled with steam jacket. Inner Chamber and Steam Jacket made of S.S. 304 with leak-proof argon welding. The lid is made of S.S. The Autoclave is mounted on a tubular steel frame with ground leveling screwed flags.
Equipped with: Pressure Control Device, Digital Temperature Controller with digital Timer & Alarm Low Water Cut off Device.

Concentration
(a) For Routine Disinfection: 30ml of formalin of 40% concentration with 90ml of pure water is sufficient for 1000 cubic feet area.
(b) For Intensive Disinfection: 90ml of formalin (40% concentration) with 90ml of pure water is sufficient for 1000 cubic feet area.
Formalin, Dettol, Savlon, Servocid, Phenol, etc. can be safely used with the multipurpose way.

ULV Micro Fogger
The Micro Fogger provides excellent control size, even for near-invisible 7-10 micron droplets needed by concentrated ULV chemicals.
